Teemtower has a building height of 195 meters over 45
storeys in accordance with international standards. It
provides a convenient and harmonious space for business
activities. A slab to slab height of 4.05 m, providing
a 2.8 m actual height and 130 mm raised floor over an
approximately 2,270 sq m floor area. Office floors are
from 5-45/F. There are total of Three Refuge floors interspersed
throughout the Building, which are located on the 4th,
19th and 33rd floors.
The entrance of the office lobby is located in the eastern
side of the building, in the eastern adjacency to newly
constructed side-road. Basement levels B1 and B2 of the
Building will be connected with the basement parking lot
